Give it a try and if the temp drops too much, throw some fire down her throat and burn them tires... hehehe... if all else fails, pretty easy to valve off when too cold to run, or need to build temp before opening the valve...

I went to Chuck's last night to see the slider glove box door mod he was doing. It took chuck only a few minutes to cut and grind the hinges and reinstall it. It did the job, although the loss of the two hinges made it a little flimsey. I'm still thinking I want to shell out the money for the Tuffy glove box. also it will give me some lockable storage.
