thanks for the comments guys...

I will try to make it to URE... not sure what Nov has in store for me yet... also depends if I can get the 60 in or if the 44 survives a few rides in October...

went out and found I had no brakes thanks to the hose between master and distribution block...

Took the chance to upgrade to rear discs with adjustable proportioning valve...

For future reference I used:
- 91 Sidekick rotors (dont have to turn down shaft)
- GM Metric Caliper
- weld on caliper bracket... could have used bolt on instead...

If anyone knows of a good bolt-in manual master to upgrade to, Im interested...

i ran manual disc using the f250 MC bigger bore/stroke...however, since your 4 wheel disc..you'll probably need. equal size front and rear reservoir . i think a corvette MC might work...dont know yrs tho

got to wheel a little this weekend. It did the few things I asked it to do, and being slick kept the front end together...

I realized 2 things in the short while:

- Need to install an electric fan (and repair my alum rad)
- Need a bigger master for quicker brakes

Saturday I installed a new radiator and elec fan... Had to do a little clearencing to the core support to mount it as a pusher (it wouldnt clear as a puller)

I really need to get some tube work done on the front end to clean all this up..

Here are some pics of it.

New radiator mount & brackets holding up front clip. The electric fan is under the tube as it wouldn't fit as a puller.

The h4 headlights hit the tube so I replaced them w/ some old hellas I had around. Also you can see how its farther forward now. So either need new winch mount or cut out grill.

You can really see that's its farther here. Got a few choices: stretch fender or make new mounts. Where its at now shaves ~3" off per side.

Heres the pics of the tunes. I put 12v charger with miniplug input & volume control. Also you can see the cold start plunger & rocker for the fan.
