Chuck, that truck is SICK!!! I would love to see something like that chillin in your front garage. As much as I hate to see FBG be sacrificed, I think you will ultimately be much happier having something so incredibly unique that you can drive down the road and show off to everyone and have pride in. I say take a couple months to seriously consider your decision and maybe take FBG out on another run just to make sure.
You have worked hard on FBG and done a great job, but in the end, if the results do not make make you happy, all the work is for not. We all chose our path when we come to the "fork in the road." It looks like it is time for you to make that choice once again.
No matter what you decide, we will support you 100%.

i've always loved the idea of a lowered half cab myself...very unique ride and would be a blast to drive i think.

:notworthy:In a sick kinda way, I think its bad arse! I would maybe chop the top a lil (3-4") and put a fiberglass rear cover. Drop in a 428 and I would be in heaven! Imagine a Shelby Cobra and a EB hooked up, you would get a great ride!

i like it, but i dont think FBG is the rig to do it on. i would try to find another EB in stock trim for low dough. i found lots in the 3-5K range in the carolinas when i was shoppin for mine. im thinking double a arm front suspension too...
BTW, that blue one in the last pic is awesome!!!

i would not be using anything from FBG...she would get parted or sold...i would then get another body and begin. so there lies the dilemma
