No problem, it was a fun weekend. There's nothing better than hearing that engine fire up after a long weekend spent in the garage. Thanks for letting me test drive it too. Jealousy is an evil sin, damn you upergrin: I know you like that custom upper rad hose I cut up for you also.:xyxthumbs:
Aside from the minor problems i.e bad fuel injectors, crocked motor mount. I'd say we had pretty good luck on this one. I can only hope that my EFI swap goes half as well.
Good to see it up and running again. What upper radiator hose is that? I like how it comes in front of the PS res. rather than through it or behind it.
Sounds killler!!

It is the upper Radiator hose for a '68 Pontiac GTO 400cid, then trimmed about 6''-8'' off the engine side.

heres a few more pics...
couple of the old timing chain, the new timing chain, also the reason i ditched the Tbird fuel rail... interfering with the hard heater hose and sensor. went back to the stock mustang fuel rail

That's a bummer about the t-bird fuel rail. I wish I had a schrader vavle to check fuel pressure and could have used it a couple times by now. I was hoping to find one off a t-bird but won't even look now.
I have that same hose but didn't even consider clocking it like you have it. I'll look closer tonight and see. What lower hose are you running? I have heard good things about a 7.3L powerstroke lower hose working but have not tried it yet - waiting to replace my radiator before taking my exhaust tubing one off.
