Yeah it is just 3 miles south of I40 instead of 5 miles north of it and up a couple exits. Out in the country a little more also.

I havn't made a lot of progress or rather next to none with the move and trying to get everything closed on the house and school. But the weekend at Super Celebration was a great motivator. Although before I can truly do a lot need to get a concrete pad laid so I can work as the Bronco is too tall last I checked to fit in the basement guess I need to check it again.
Havn't had a lot of time since I got back from SC this past weekend to do much do to school and having to get the rider going since we have almost 3/4 of an acre to keep down now. Yes going to Telico with the guys. After we get back from that hopping things are calmed down enough with school I can focus on trying to get as much as possible done labor wise, as it will be another month or 2 before any fair amount of money is available to buy parts.

Well I just looked at it again and measured and think it will fit but will take up all the space just about in front of the washer and dryer so gotta see, might have to push it in put the engine in and push it back out lol.

Well not exactly a new thread but if it is all in here I can find it and it is about this Bronco anyways. Cooling ideas for installing the trans cooler lay them on me.

Here is my quick and dirty run down.
Without a trans cooler in the radiator you will need a heavy duty auxiliary cooler. The key is keeping that aux cooler cool either with the engine fan or a dedicated electric fan.
IF you have a decent shroud, engine fan and good airflow through the radiator (i.e. no obstructions in front of the grille), your best option is to mount the aux cooler to the front of the radiator using plastic tie straps (available at most parts stores) or fabricating brackets to the radiator.
This is preferable IF you feel your current cooling setup adequately cools the engine in all phases of travel (city, highway, trail).
If ALL the aforementioned conditions do not apply, I would suggest going with option B; mounting in an alternative location with an electric fan.
The two places that many folks mount their trans coolers (for a multitude of reasons including space or airflow issues) are under the passenger floor board or on the front side of the driver side wheel well inside the engine bay. The key to these two locations is ensuring adequate clearance for optimal flow. Both locations have drawbacks including ambient air temperature and environmental contamination. If you are not willing to do some modification to the core support to allow air to flow through the grille to the cooler on the wheel well, I would mount under the floor board.
Mounting under the floor board can be accomplished with a few angle brackets attached to the back of the rocker and the outboard side of the frame. When mounting in this location take notice of your exhaust routing as it is possible to draw how air from that area and insulation or air dams may be necessary.
Consider using a temp switch to actuate the fan. You do not want it on at initial warm up as you will need to allow the trans to reach operating temperature. You can mount a temp switch in the pan or at the output from the converter to be conservative since it is the hottest temp.
The ideal transmission temperature is 150-180 degrees. You never want to exceed 220.
