I will look into how we can use flat rate USPS envelopes and boxes for the shirts. Anyone looking to have shirts shipped please lets us know what you want before placing the order so we can give you an accurate quote

Payment sent to Emory Wilson. I'll be at the Nov run of course...
Edit- Ben, if you need me to grab an order for you, I'm happy to do it if you don't want it shipped. Actually Clay is not far from you (Stateville) for work.
I know we are doing this to raise funds for the site. How much is needed for what? It might help to have a goal in mind and possibly set up donations or something. Just thinking out loud.

Bart, it really depends on how we are going to attack the site issue whether it be an upgrade or modification or integration. We are also looking at generating funds fit a swag supply. Our goal is to to reach $500.

I orderred 3 shirts already and could probably order 2 more after the 1st. But that may be past the dead line. How solid is the dead line?

Got the shipping prices worked out. Everything will be via USPS as follows:
1-2 shirts (XL and smaller) OR 1 shirt (XL and larger) = $6.00
3-5 shirts (XL and smaller) OR 3 shirts (XXL and larger) = $13.00
1 hoodie + 1-3 shirts (XL and smaller) OR 1 hoodie + 2 shirts (XXL or larger) = $13.00
1 hoodie = $13.00
Please add the cost of shipping to your PayPal or money order.
