So I read on the news that there was some sort of need for me to come here and provide you my potluck submission?

Well, the pot luck was looking a little weak, and to be sure we don't all go hungry Sat night. I currently have approx 14lbs of pork butt
in the fridge all rubbed up and marinating, ready to go into the smoker tomorrow am. Sooooooooo in case something really bad happens, I should have 8-10 lbs of pulled pork BBQ. Looking forward to next weekend. Nick
