I did not do so well in the race. I busted a heim joint in my steering and was unable to even get to Kodak rock. I decided to run first Saturday morning after a fresh rain and it was slick. I did however leave my mark about 6.5 feet high on a pine tree with my right front bumper and front quarter panel.
CRUNCH The other bronco got past Kodak without powersteering or brakes and a blown head gasket. I learned some expensive lessons this weekend. Ask Matt. I am too tired to continue but will talk later.

Me and my dad had a great weekend in uwhairre and was alot of fun. the only bummer the whole weekend was on the way down, my dad got the driver side rear quarter panel tore of his jeep by a drunk driver on 81. Hey carl got give you some mad props for putting quite a show,:xyxthumbs:

It looks like some people went out there with every intention of destroying their trucks!
Sorry to hear about your bad luck Carl... but at least you tried it! I'll have to get up there next year for sure after seeing those pics.

First I have to say we had a great time. Carl has a great bunch of people working with him. We look forward to wheeling with them again.
We did seem to have a bunch of bad luck though, but that is racing. The event was very poorly planned and they were constintly changing the rules. We never even got to see Carl's brother run in the mud pit due to the late class run. I have some pics and a very little video, I will try to figure out how to post them soon. All I can say is it was one hell of a ride:biggthumpup: Thanks Carl, Broncomatt |
