did u get the races all the way seated in the hub? u did knck the old races out right? u do have the same bearing #s that u replaced? lots of things could be the problem..1 thing for sure DON'T DRIVE IT till u check it out, u should have enough threads 4 both nuts & the washer....

So near, so far....the hub guts seem to bottom out just short of letting the snap ring decompress...feels like it's bottoming out...but can't figure out on what....so close but so far...not sure how something so simple can be so hard. :popc1:
Let me know when convenient and I'll call for moral support...:drinkbud:

Pull the shaft a little and wow, everything fits.....
Now to get the calipers back on, get the brakes bled when the son comes home from work....maybe a few little odds and ends tomorrow....then inspection on Monday and we're "on the road again"!!:biggthumpup:

just paid to have it done 2 new calipers 2 rotors new pads new wheel bearings $840 so i say it is worth learning to do yourself more work like this and ill never be able to get my lift

thakns alot broncomania i will definitly ask for help on here before i do anything else that costly id rather pay a fellow bronco enthusiast to show me how to do it i love to work on my truck but my knowlege is limited ( 2 years auto tech in high school) 3 internships (webster radiator, ben mynet chevorlet, and an automatic transmission shop) that bein said i am very eager to learn more
