wow, not sure...i would think the frame horns would be different. they sure do want enough for that thing huh?

I would highly doubt it... The 92+ have an accordion style frame horn/rails, whereas the pre-92 have a solid frame rail all the way to the bumper. I love this bumper, but doubt it'll just bolt on to your 89.
That being said, yes it can fit! It's just a matter of how much fab work you want/can do... Anything CAN fit.
If you have a lead on this bumper (used or cheaper) let us know.... There are a few of us 92+ guys on here looking for a good bumper with winch points... (*cough* gumby *cough*)

with enough sheet steel, plasma cutter,welder, ....hell i know i could make that. it would take some time.

Chuck would absolutely be able to make a bumper similar to this... Work out the details with him... He's definitely the man for the job and will do you right!
