Heater Rebuild and Upgrade

Hello all, thought i would post the link to my heater rebuild over here on the local forum... i just realized i cant post pics here with my current member status... so here is the link...

as for the pics, you can also use a host like photobucket,supermotors, then just link them here while the host them.

looks good, just too many [img] codes...PB has an option to "generate codes"..i use that for "fullsize pics on forums"...then copy it and paste that code here. or...now that your a full member, just upload from your computer

I am working on it right now. Just waiting for the seal kit to arrive and I can finish it up. Good info though. Having those part numbers make it really easy too.

i skiped the seal kit and used black rtv on the outside around all of the seams. the only seam on the inside is between the metal plate and the fiberglass housing, and i sealed that solid. no harm in using the seal kit, but i didnt, and i think its gonna be ok... Just FYI...

Good to know. Would have been really good to know 48 hours ago when i ordered the kit. Smile Oh, well. May as well use it now.
