Who wants to join us? Waiting on details but it sounds like we will be moving rock from the double parking lot to Dutch John. This probably means we will be spreading rock for our Nov run work day.
I'll post details when terry sends them. Logistics will be the same. Meet around 8:30am on Saturday October 22 at the outpost and head to Hunt Camp a few minutes before 9.

We have contractors coming to work on the house but they are 2 weeks out and not sure what days, also if not working witch I doubt as things are slowing down, should be there.

Got an email from Terry. Plans have changed. We will be- wait for it.......
MORE GUARDRAIL
Here is a copy of the email. I will email her to ask about moving rock to our trail, if she wants that done. I will also ask about any storm damage that might have happened. We have a lot of trees down on some of the local MTB trails here in Charlotte. I will post back with her response (if I get one).
Hi Everyone – I hope you’ve all been doing well. I know we’ve all been busy and getting ready for the next few busy weekends with the jamborees. The next OHV work day is Saturday, October 22nd and we’ll meet at 9 am at the Uwharrie Hunt Camp. The project we’ll be working on is the installation of guardrail on Falls Dam Trail. We have several areas where vehicles are driving off the trail to disperse camp and make more trails. We have the guardrails and posts stock piled at the Flatwoods Trailhead and once we get everyone signed in at the Uwharrie Hunt Camp we’ll head down to Flatwoods and start hauling the guardrail and posts up the trail.
There are 2 areas where we’ll be working on both sides of the trail to block off the illegal trails or to just make a parking area for them to use to walk to the campsite from. If you have pickup trucks or trail trailers that can go up Falls Dam Trail with posts it would be great if you could volunteer that day. Also, any vehicles that can drag guardrails up the trail would be great to have there too. I’ll get the draggers from Friends of Uwharrie to use on the 22nd. I appreciate all of your help and look forward to working with you on the 22nd.
