Here is part of it ...

The middle section took us 3/4 of the time to make. It all fits together like a puzzle and there was LOTS of angle cutting and grinding to get it to piece together just right. Of course there was some re-do's and and re-modifying after it was welded because we saw a better way afterwards.

Here are a few pics of the middle section when we are starting on the tubed outers.







Here are a few shots of the first tube welded on. JP wanted some corner protection so we wrapped it around the front corner. We're using 1.5" 120 wall tubing.






Here's a few shots of the 2nd tube being added with 2 spacers between.










Here is where we left off today.






We still need to weld in one more tube that will give it more vertical support. It's cut and here is a pic of Keith holding it in place.
