Yep, I tore the shocks apart and re-valved them. To quote the Bilstein guy, "I know just enough to be dangerous". Hence why I called them... We came up with a valve stack pack that should work for what was in there already. I didn't have enough time to check fluid level. The fronts appeared low.
I am running 250 psi in the front and 230 in the rear. I don't have any nitrogen at the house, but I do have a bicycle shock pump. So, it has air in it- I didn't tell the Bilstein guy that. He said to run about 300 in the front, but I am worried about the air pressure rising with heat. I guess Nitrogen does better at handling heat. Tried to get a local shop to fill them, but they said they wouldn't be able to do it before I had to leave????
I will address the ram lines tonight. Didn't have everything tidy. I'll keep the cable supplier in mind for sure.
