No such luck on the raising of the thermostat.
We did have 4 show up. Clay, Nick, Sean (a friend of mine), and I. We roped some from the UNCC 4x4 crowd into helping us as well a few of the Isuzu folks. Had a great day. A total of 65 people showed up. Biggest workday attendance to date!!! Really cool and it was a successful but chilly day. Fortunately for us we were down in the valleys near the stream crossings on Dutch John, so we got some shelter from the wind. The CTB crew that was doing guardrail on the top of Daniel, not so much. That would have sucked.
The ground was pretty well froze as were the stream crossings, but we were still able to gather a good bit of rocks and fortify the stream crossings. That is what we did all day. Forgive the blue TJ. I had to borrow a trailer from Snappy to use for transporting rocks from a 'desginated' area to the streams. It was the only off road vehicle that I own with a hitch to tow the trailer with.
