They are just high strength snap rings that can be bought at most specialty hardware shops. I bet you could get them from mcmaster carr, summit, moser, etc. I don't recall where I got mine. If your joints are setup for outer clips instead of the inner c-clips, you are out of luck as the snap ring is just replacing the c-clip.
I found these. Seem a bit spendy for snap rings.

I would go with the stainless as it has a higher harness rating than the black.
To use full circle clips you would need to dump the 1310 joints and replace with 760x.
I attached a great article about driveline stuff and another article regarding the the ujoint modification.
