If you're not going extreme on hp or over working the BII on the rocks it may work fine for ya. But there have been a few with this swap that have had real issues. One that comes to mind right off is a guy (Mekcanix) on another site. His frame is begining to look like a pretzel and has spreaded 2" to the point its tearing the floor pan. But like I said He has a little extra hp and is an extreme off roader. If I remember correctly the problem area is between the firewall and the front seat as there is no real bracing there. If one was to install a frame brace in that area IMHO it would greatly reduce this problem.
See I myself have been thinking about this same swap and wieghing the pros and cons. So don't think I'm trying to discourage you in any way, I just wanted warn ya about this weak link.
