I talked to PT's Transmissions today. The Transfer case keeps coming out of gear because of the shift fork bushings. They have them for around $5. The Transmission issue he talked me through how to fix it, clean out the governor on the tail shaft and do not shift into reverse, pull forward in drive first. This keeps any trash out the first time it runs. I'll be stuck some where very soon. Better put my receiver mount winch in the back now!
