I visit a couple bronco forums. Ben bought crazy horse and posted about a benefit car show in Canton,Ga. So me and my son took off this morning to check it out. My 72 is driveable but nothing near "show" quality. But we showed up and entered anyway. Had a blast . they expected about 40 rigs and got about 110. everything from my beater to a riddler entry.
Crazy horse is trick. I have decided to win the lottery so i can build something comparable!!!

About 90 miles one way but well worth the trip. can't wait to head to DC's next year.

we had 4 eb's , 1 bronco driver in the suburban beside us(working on his to get em going i believe , so he brought the burb with a LS2 and all the amenities you could imagine and flawless for that much sheetmetal) the shot of the rc is a replica but the owner was working close by and did not get the chance to bring His rig in.
I had an amazing time , good food , good folks , amazing rigs from every genre and even a little wrenching. the one to the right of mine lost both belts on the way in. So a trip to the parts store and tools from a few rigs(car show so we did'nt haul alot) and everyone was road worthy and on the way home. after seeing crazy horse in person and phred(red one to my left) i have a renewed motivation to wrench on mine.
have a great weekend!!

time and money... you usually have one or the other but never both at the same time. I know i can't build another horse but i can tackle the simpler things mine needs. I think i will plan a wrenching BBQ in the spring. Plan a date, post early and try to setup a parts swap , install , meet and greet , ... all in one.
This reminded me of how awesome it is to talk bronco's . with people that have bronco's. The cb4x4 meet and greet was my first official one and the kids actually had a good time and got along. There is something to this bronco culture.
