Here's a dumb question... To replace the rear main on a '94 351 (Bronco)... Do I need to pull motor/trans? e.g., is it one-piece or two?

94 should be 1 piece. You'll need to pull the trans off. You might be able to do with without taking the oil pan off and removing the rear main cap, but can't say for sure. I do them on the engine stand, all apart, when I do them.

I wonder what the book says... I'd imagine it has to be a long job... I'm not sure how bad it is yet... I just " acquired" this one... But once I'm done with the trans/axles on the k5... I'm not feeling another" big" job... Got save up some time/energy to get bus back mobile again...
