Coming up on 2 month out. Is it too soon to start talking about food for Saturday night?

Should be cool weather so I think I'll toss together a big pot of cat fish stew. That is always good to warm the blood and goes very good with adult beverages.

It is never too soon to discuss food!

Cat fish stew, huh? Never heard of it but I'm game.

I think with the cool weather, it will be prime time for some of my wife's scalloped potatoes.

If you can pull me and clay off the trail long enough to eat on Friday night, im game.

I'm thinking about doing some gyoza.

Got the cake covered just wanted to give you all an idea of the design she came up with

It will be a sheet cake of some size with CB4x4 logo in the middle and trails and hills or mini mountains around it with mini toy broncos crawling around it.

If you can email me a photo file of the logo that would be great as she can get it printed on edible paper at work for the center.
