Thanks for the encouragement. It is exciting - just getting the motor mounted was a milestone for me it feels like.
I've got to figure out how to mount the sag pump - BC's bracket may be the way to go since it'll hold a compressor too - my on-board air solution. I'll find an air tank from a tractor rig and look for a creative place to mount it (maybe where the aux. tank was?). I've been talking to Jack (Ironbender) about his rear link set-up and hopefully we can come up with something for his "60 version." By the end of this week I should have the front end back together so I'll have a 1/2 rolling chassis! I just gotta figure out if the caliper bracket came off of the front or backside of the spindle (Bryan is yours still together?) and how it was clocked. Robert

I have one from a big rig(paid $20) and those small twin portable tanks...just got another. Been looking and I think they would work better. Should fit right in place of the old aux.gas tank. I too need to check out the bracket from BC. HTH<Chuck

My driver side spindle gave me trouble - I guess he had thrown an inner wheel bearing and it had chewed up just enough of the spindle to prevent the bearing from fitting. A little time with the file she was back on. High steer arms should be in next week and I'll get to work on the tie-rods and trac-bar. I gotta find the best deal on heim joints and tube. Does anybody have a tube schedule showing inside diameters of various schedules? I'm going to use the weld-in threaded bungs for the heims, but want to make sure I get the thickest wall possible while still large enough for the bung to fit in snug.
