Southern Rods AC kit install..part 1-heater

ran into a few issues... The stock defrost ducts look 2.5" and the ones on the unit are small...like 1.5". Need to figure out how to adapt them. Going out there to straighten up wiring, hopefully get dash mounted.

i was able to find some cheap pvc parts to make the defrost hoses work... turned out pretty good. didnt get to the heater hoses today. im hoping the steering column will show up tomorrow. i got the dash mounted enough to get all the wires back where they belong and was able to test 95% of it...even the new fan motor. works good.

southern rods didnt send enough vent hoses...enough for the defrost and 2 of the under dash vents...but not enough for 3 vents. guess i get some more locally.
