2" for the np435 to fit. you still have to cut a small hole for the top of the trans to clear but a boot will cover it with no problems.

i get bored easy . but im planning on keeping this one streetable so i can enjoy it more so that i dont get bored with it. im going sometime this weekend to look at a 74 thats forsale locally. its already lifted, rebuilt 302 ,3spd on the tree,ps,pb,33" tires. supposedly in good condition.

i started installing the lift kit tonight. so far the back springs/newbushings/newbolts/new reinforced shackles/new ubolts/new heavy duty spring plates are in.
