Bronco sat...now won't start...Help!

I have neglected my pride and joy. I admit, I suck. Long story short, we moved, remodeled, and now 6 months later bronco will not start.

I have tried jumping it, shaking it, etc. If I pour gas in the carb and some ether she will run for 1-2 seconds and then just shut off hard. Sounds as if she wants to fire but will not catch. Any ideas? Was running fine. Drove her to the new house, about 45 minutes, no issues.

I have tried cleaning the carb, new fuel filter etc. The gas had stabilizer in it. Anyone is the Raleigh care to help a brother out? Many Thanks

If it starts with some gas dumped in the carb its fuel related. First thing that comes mind is the fuel pump. Take the gas cap off, take the fuel line off the carb. Crank it over and see if fuel comes out of the hose(dont set it on fire).
If that doesnt pump fuel its the pump.
Some times you can pressurize the tank with compressed air to force fuel into the pump to help prime it. Hope that helps.

You can pressuize the tank with shop air, only do it quickly. Its just to move the gas up the fuel line. Then leave the cap off, and try to crank it over. Fuel should be comming out hose to the carb. Poor mans way of primming a starved fuel pump.
