I didnt get to work on my broncos this weekend, I had noticed a pine tree in the shop parking area that had started to lean more so than in the past.
It was an 80' tree that leaned toward my shop. There were other trees that needed to be dropped before I could get the pine down.
I dropped the 2 other hard woods (80-100'tall) first. Then I hooked up the pine with a snatch block to my eb. I cut my relief cut and motioned to liz to put tension on the tree to be sure it could not fall on the shop. In that process liz stalled the bronco, restarted it and floored in reverse.
Before I could even finish the back cut liz pulled the entire tree over!
She pulled it strait down where I wanted it, with out even cutting threw the tree, stump and all. mokin:
Thats how tough my ride is :thefinger:
