What are the chances the fuel is tax deductible considering the nature of the event?

I know they are filing for non-profit status. I don't know the rules of 'volunteer' mileage associated with a non-profit, but even still, this isn't a true 'non-profit' thing, from a gov't standpoint. Good thought though.

I think there will be a lot of people showing up for this one! Fired the racer up yesterday and it died after a few minutes. Never did that before. I turned the ignition off and then back on. I could tell it was out of gas by the noise the fuel pump was making. Added some fuel, bled the fuel rail fitting, good to go. I'll check it over quick this week and load it up for the work day this weekend. Hope to see some of you guys there.

I will be at the traning center before 9am (right across from the Outpost). I won't be bringing the EB. Checked the details and it sounds like most of the work will be at the trailheads, installing kiosks. I'm just going to bring the S-10 out along with some tools.

Bummer, I need to run the Bronco, if just a little bit. Maybe take the long way around to the kiosks.
