The frame is back out to the sandblaster getting blended back in. I've been working the last two weekends on the axles and getting them back into shape. I stripped them down to bare and laid on two coats of epoxy primer and two coats of chassis black. Came out looking pretty good.

I did some home brew electrolysis to burn the rust out of my rear rotors. I didn't have my hopes up but it worked really well. I put a "before and after" side by side, the "after" just needs some brushing, but no more rust. It really helped to clean out the vents. Also painted up the rear calipers.

I got a banged motorcycle gas tank off of Ebay for cheap. I cut out the cap and plan on using it for my gas cap after a few mods. It's got just enough to get a hose on the backside and is vented so it should work out pretty well. You can also get all kinds of trick caps that fit the opening. I left about an inch around so I can figure out how to blend it in to the bronco quarter.
