I came home one night from driving my 66 and parked it in the basement and has never left. I wanted to replace all my floor pans and tunnel.. But i didn't know what i was getting in to... I will start with some pictures and go from there....
The 1st picture is the floors and tunnel out of it...
77 built 306,Trickflow Cam/Alum Heads/dome pistons/10:1comp,nv3550,duff long arms,3.5" lift,family cage,protofab rear bumper,twin sticked, and 35KM2'sG.D.I.

I ripe all of the old flooring and tunnel out I did not get any pictures of the floors being riped out. The after math you can see in the pictures... I grid all the spot welds off and the sprayed welding paint all over... Then placed the tunnel were it needed to go and then screw it in. The 3rd picture is were i had to put in 3/4 angle where there was no bracing next to the inner fender has the lip that comes up to connect to the floor. Need some thing to weld to .upergrin: More to come:biggthumpup:
Got all the old kick panel out and clean up the in side of the door post. Then went to work on my rust problem in my inner rocker pannel. But took care of it with welding primer and Por15. Only put Por15 were I was not going to be welding. Have to make sure that there is no rust going to eat my bronco away:toothy12:
Check out my core support on passanger side.. That thang is gone.. That is why i need one.. Hope Robert comes through...:beer:

Done some work on the old 66 a week or so a go.. I everthing clean up.. I got the passanger side floor laying in and it fits:biggthumpup:. Then cliped the kick panel in and it fits:biggthumpup: Know i am going to really get buzy with it... Plus got the front core support and will get started with the front after i get passanger side welded in and kick panel welded in..I also welded a brace across door entrances for bracing.. Don't want and thing to move... More pictures to come. Wish me luck...mokin:
