Finished up about 99% of the rotisserie today, installed my 77 frame into the cradle. As you can see from the pics, the galvanizing process is great if it's cleaned well. I figured the acid cleanse would remove old paint, grime, undercoating and slag. Well it doesn't. So I will have to go back and clean up all the chitty spots with a grinder and sander. I will probably replace the rear shock mounts, they look pitiful to me.
