I find it hard to belive that the "professional Engineer" can't figure out a front shock mount. C'mon Clay put that expensive education to some practical use ;-)

I'm with the jokesters... fab that $h!t either chop off the top of the 250 mount completely open and weld on Straight plate "shock tabs" to make it taller, OR... bend up some 1.5 tube and add tabs at the top and weld YOUR shock hoop onto the frame. several good designs out there, do a little google images search and you will see a lot of ideas from mild to insane...
