Well my rear bumper has been in the way more than a few times so ... time for a redesign ... cut ends off and made the bumper the width of the tailgate ... with my 2" body lift the gap from that almost fit the bumper. Also cut the top portion of my frame horns back to about 1" or so from the bodymounts and notched the bottom frame horn and bent it up at an angle to "cap" off the frame. Welded a 3/16" plate to the out side of the frame where we mounted the bumper with a bolt to a nut we welded inside of the frame. Tie in the bumper with some tubing to the new/existing exo cage in the rear ... also got my front "indo" cage tied into the front frame horns ... plated with 1/4" on top of the front frame horns and gusseted that for a little extra strength and possibly a "web" look thru thr grill ... cratchhe: cratchhe: cratchhe:
 Some pics with my blackberry so they are not very good ... plate with clamps ready to weld ... bolt on iside of frame also mokin: cutting off the extra bumper mounts with a plasma at an angle :xyxthumbs: Blacberry pics ... :banghead: Hope you get the Idea ... better pics to come

JP - You got to slow down! You're making the rest of us all look lazy by not getting our junk on the trail :thefinger:
Looks great man - sounds like you've got access to some great tools to help the job get done right too. Keep up the hard work and I can't wait til I get mine on the trail and get to wheel with you
