Chuck....Do you have a trottle set-up on you're shifter? If not, what do you think....
Nick...Any issues with C4-Stak 3 speed compatibility/ease of install that you know of? I spoke with Jim Creel with Wild Horses about the C4/Atlas 3 speed and apparently it is a major pain in the ask to install.
Good point on the clutch/over torque factor....
Bucketobolts....Good to hear from you as well my friend....I miss you guys......THANK YOU for the thoughts/pic.....

Here's my understanding about the main differences of the 2 cases.
Both will require cross members and mounts to be made, along with custom driveshafts, etc. so the work/expense for this is about equal.
Atlas requires an adapter to match up with the C4 which is around another $500
Stak will bolt directly to the C4
The Atals are oval shaped and wont fit between the frame rails without clocking them down so that they will hang down on one side. (I believe they end up hanging lower than a stock D-20)
The standard Stak is oval as well, but they have what they call the "B" model that is triangular in shape and made to fit fit between Bronco Frame rails and I believe that in this configuration they don't hang down as much.
There was a write-up in BroncoDriver about installing the Stak case a few issues ago but I don't remember which one.
I'm sure there are more differences, but I would give a call to West Coast Broncos they sell both the Atlas and Stak boxes and should be able to give you more information about them.
