Did you try using the new IAC we got for Tommy? The old unit in the garage is junk and considered inop.
Nick, yours does not die because you have a torque converter. Chucks dies because he is manual and pushes in the clutch and the computer / engine is not bouncing back.
IAC is mostly for a cold engine. There is something else going on here. I hope to be back tomorrow night so see ya on Wed.

Which is why I would stick with the slush box. :thefinger:
Just for the heck of it you might try adjusting the screw on the throttle body to hold the butterfly valve open a bit more to see if that makes a diff.

i did try tommys iac...so far i havent had it shut off in 2 days. but you can tell its thinking bout stalling. i have been trying to make it stall but it hasnt. the last thing i did was install a new iac(from tommys) i might unplug the vss and see what it does then
for the record...i aint be trying to get no jeep suckas!

do you have egr valve? it may be hanging up..
If you can't fix it with a hammer and a welder then your gonna need a new one!

EGR is deleted. I am confident it is a sensor issue though.
