rear axle shims?

Your angle looks a lot better than mine. JBG told me I shouldn't have to lengthen my driveshaft but I think I may need to.

i had a stock shaft for a while but if I got her flexed out the shaft would come apart the shaft in the pic is a aftermarket one

It will wear the joint out doing this. Closer to straight is better. Actually straight is best. Use a tubing bender mag base angle finder. Put it on the top of your drive shaft and then on top of the pinion guard. The two should have the same deflection off "0" or be at the same angle from 90 degrees.

just to add to this...perfectly straight is sitting still/not moving...the reason for 1-2* under straight line is for driving or acceleration...the pinion will rotate up-there by-being in a straight line while under powerConfusedmokin:

i was able to get away from not having to lengthen my driveshaft after my 3.5" lift...but I would think a 5-6" would really need to be lengthened. and we have a drive shaft vender in your area i believe-should get a discount
