Another Bronco Floor Replacement
#31
Looking good. Who made the inner rocker? The ones I've used in the past didn't have the indention for the Ford logo or the cutouts for the lower fender mounting bracket

It came from Jeff's.

Got the inner rocker painted, drilled, and screwed in place. Started looking at the kick panel. A little worried. I had to get a bottle jack and lift up on the body to get it to line up.

If I measure from the floor to the bottom of the dash on the passenger side I get 5-1/2". To get the panels to line up on the driver side I have to jack it up to about 6-1/2". Wonder if I screw the kick panel in place there and then release the jack it things will settle back where they are supposed to be.

OK well I'm pretty sure I know why my truck was a roadster when I got it. I think I said something earlier in this thread about noticing that my Bronco had been in a front ender. There's no way in hell I'm gonna get the 39-1/2" measurement I have from the top edge of the fender to the top edge of the quarter panel I get on the passenger side (door opening). The best I can get is 39-1/4" with the bolt holes on top pushed all the way forward. Can someone give me their measurement?
