I have a leaky tranny dip stick tube at the pan on my C4. Tried teflon tape and wrenching the crapout of it but still have a slow drip.
Suggestions / solutions?

There is not a small split in the tube is it?
I've also seen the pan split inside where the flare seats.

No split on the tube side. Not sure about the pan.
Maybe I can find an O-ring to temporarily fix it until I get the motivation to remove the pan.

I spent years trying to stop that same problem on my eb. Over tighting it will even make it worse. The best fix is a new tube, the flare at the end gets worn out. I like the one from Jeffs that uses a chevy style stick. It flips over to seal the top.
